You can now buy an Amazon Echo device with the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge phone, the US company announced Wednesday.
The device is now available for pre-order at Amazon for $199.99.
It’s a cheaper option than the $199 Gear VR, which launched last October.
Amazon is selling a version of the device with Android 6.0 Marshmallow, but it will run Android 7.1 Marshmallow and be compatible with a number of other Google devices, including the Nexus 5X and Pixel C. That means you can expect the Gear VR to work with all of those devices and apps.
Amazon said the device is compatible with the latest version of Android phones.
The Samsung Gear S7 is the first Android phone to ship with an Android 7 update, and the Gear S8 will be the second Android phone with an update this month.
Amazon has also said that it will release an Amazon Fire Phone with Android 7 in early 2019.
