Sony and Samsung have announced the first iPhone X and Xs Max with a new Dolby Surround Sound option.

The XS model with DolBy Atmos comes with a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and 32GB to 64GB of expandable storage options.

The company says the new model includes Dolby Vision, a 4K UHD video recording format that supports 4K Ultra HD, HDR video recording, and 4K HDR video playback.

The new DolBy Surround sound option includes DolBy TrueHD, Dolby Pro Logic II, DolBy Digital Plus, and Dolby Sound Forge 3.

The iPhone X model also comes with an 8MP camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.

Both the iPhone Xs and Xst models will be available in October for $999 and $1,299, respectively.
